Patient Service Representative-Cancer Care

Overview

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) in the Oncology/Infusion Department at Maine Health plays a key role in supporting patients and clinical staff in a fully onsite setting. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and supportive experience. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering incoming telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office and administrative tasks to support daily operations.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

• Location: Fully onsite at 3073 White Mountain Highway, North Conway, NH 03860
