Right at Home of Norfolk, Nebraska is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and empathetic individual who enjoys improving the quality of life for others. The largest responsibility is to provide companionship and great company during these trying times.

• Provides companionship for the client, accompanying them to appointments, walks, recreational activities, and assisting with hobbies.
• Light housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning.
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions; may shop for groceries.
• Provides supervision of safety for all activities of daily living, for example, bathing, dressing, transfers, and ambulation.
• Supervises and helps with light duty chores as needed.

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Valid automobile insurance
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Excellent work ethic
• Strong communication skills and extreme reliability
• Experience with dementia is a plus

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (18 hours per week)
