Office Support Staff (CMA or LNA) (Healthcare) Position Description

Administrative & Front Office Support

• Answers incoming phone calls and directs inquiries appropriately
• Schedules appointments and manages patient communications in the EHR
• Provides front-desk coverage and supports daily office workflows
• Assists with general administrative and practice support as needed
• Maintains professionalism and clear, accurate written communication in all patient and staff interactions

• Supports clinical operations for the Ketamine/Spravato clinic, including patient flow and coordination
• Assists with clinical and operational tasks within scope of licensure and training
• Works collaboratively with clinicians and leadership to support patient care and office efficiency

• Demonstrates strong patient de-escalation and interpersonal skills
• Maintains appropriate boundaries while providing compassionate, supportive assistance
• Ensures confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to all agency policies and procedures
• Navigates high-volume, fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and composure
