Assess, plan, and provide general medical care and treatment to the residents of the nursing home and Gerrish Manor Assisted Living under the direct supervision of the Medical Director.

Required Education & ExperienceMaster’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized college, institute, or university with major study in nursing, and graduation from a nurse practitioner program that meets qualifications established by the Board of Nursing Examiners for the specialty in which the Nurse Practitioner is to be employed. Three years professional advanced practical nursing experience or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing Education.
Additional Eligibility QualificationsA drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
