Location: Hillsboro House – 28 skilled beds and 2 short‑term rehabilitation beds in New Hampshire.
Pay Range: $35–$42 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities- Assist in delivering individualized therapy based on Occupational Therapist‑developed treatment plans, including activities to improve daily living skills (e.g., dressing, eating, mobility).
- Track and document patient progress, maintain accurate records in compliance with facility policies, and report changes or concerns to the Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, OT, nursing) to provide holistic care, and educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies for independence.
- Lead or assist patients with exercises, activities of daily living, and other therapeutic tasks, creating a positive, supportive environment to encourage engagement.
- Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited school.
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Previous experience in an occupational therapy setting (hospital, clinic, school, etc.) preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
