Location: Pittsburg

Northeast Family Services is seeking an Autism Specialist Professional / Behavior Therapist to join our growing New Hampshire team!

Position:
Fee For Service – Part‑time schedule on YOUR TIME! Please note this position requires travel to Littleton, NH location.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and deliver ABA‑based instruction to promote development of new skills under the direction of a supervising BCBA.
  • Monitor client behavior, collect data on behavior and skill acquisition, and report findings to the supervising BCBA.
  • Collaborate with the supervising BCBA (in‑person or via telehealth) and families to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least two years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access.
  • Availability to work after school and evening hours.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Experience implementing behavioral interventions preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compassionate approach to care.
ABA Benefits
  • High‑quality supervision of fieldwork for BCBA or BCaBA credential candidates; two‑year contract offered after successful completion.
  • Support for uncertified staff to obtain RBT credential via 40‑hour training, competency assessment, ongoing supervision, and $100 bonus.
