FINANCE CLERK

In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Town of Seabrook and the Seabrook Employees Association, Section 11.6 (2) Vacancies, and in accordance with the Personnel Policy for the Town of Seabrook, Section I,E. Promotion, applications are being accepted from employees for the position of Finance Clerk.

Required Education or

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with an emphasis on municipal finance or business accounting is preferred.
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, accounts payable or related field is desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Muni-Smart accounting database program is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing and entering financial information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships with town vendors and town employees.

Pay Rate: $21.602 to 28.488 per hour

Hours:

40 hours per week
