- Serve and engage our members from all aspects of their transactions.
- Open and close member accounts.
- Accurately process all member transactions maintaining proper privacy and security while exercising good judgement.
- Provide outstanding service, problem resolution and needs‑based selling.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Cash handling experience desired.
- Customer service or retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi‑task.
- Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
