• Create a positive member experience each time through confidence and enthusiasm – you are the face of Service Credit Union.
• Serve and engage our members from all aspects of their transactions.
• Open and close member accounts.
• Accurately process all member transactions maintaining proper privacy and security while exercising good judgement.
• Provide outstanding service, problem resolution and needs‑based selling.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Cash handling experience desired.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to recognize and recommend enhancements and solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
