This job listing for Catering/Dining Room Assistant at the BankNH Pavilion offers a chance to make a meaningful environmental impact within the entertainment industry. In this seasonal role, you’ll play a key part in keeping the venue in pristine condition, ready to welcome concert patrons show after show. This position works under the guidance of the Catering manager.

What This Person Will Bring:

• Ability to work late and extended hours
• Flexible schedule
• Excellent communication skills and punctuality

• 3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
• Experience in a live music environment or comparable role

• Fast-paced, often loud and stressful environment
• Extended periods of standing and working on your feet indoors and outdoors
• Must be able to lift or move up to 20 lbs with proper lifting techniques
• Intensely physical environment

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgement, tact, and diplomacy
• Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings
• Responsible for entering availability 3 weeks in advance through the ABIMM system and communicating changes to the supervisor
• Ensuring that time worked is accurately captured through the ABIMM system
