Milpower Source is an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of power supplies for the defense and aerospace industry. Milpower Source is looking for a QA Order Review Specialist to help maintain and grow our Quality Assurance department.

Milpower Source is an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of power supplies for the defense and aerospace industry. Milpower Source is looking for a QA Order Review Specialist to help maintain and grow our Quality Assurance department.

Responsibilities
  • Review Customer Orders from Sales based on established criteria for the following:
    • a. Ensuring compliance with our QC standards.
    • b. Ensuring compliance with Customer and government regulations and industry standards.
    • c. Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Monitoring and following up on order survey to meet our schedules.
  • Work closely with the sales department on RFQ’s and to identify any order issues.
  • Update and maintain Active Production File folders weekly for Production floor.
  • Review all Supplier Purchase Orders for proper flow-down prior to issuing to the Suppliers.
  • Evaluate and monitor quality of suppliers and contract manufacturers; provide quality input and assessment to approved supplier list.
  • Updating Order review worksheets.
  • Participates in quality system projects including monitoring monthly metrics.
Requirements
  • Knowledge in AS9100 or ISO 9001 and industry standards for electronic assemblies.
  • Knowledge and ability to read blueprints, and mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Must understand specifications, industry standards and flow out specific customer requirements.
  • Good understanding of design documentation.
  • Team player with the ability to work across functions.
  • Self-starter with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Results and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other MS applications such as Visio and MS Project.
Working Conditions

This position will work out of our Belmont, NH facility.

Standard business hours apply, with flexibility as needed to meet business demands.
