You’re already crushing it as a Scheduler
, but are you working on projects that actually impact communities? Our client is seeking an experienced Scheduler ready to take their skills to the next level with complex infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
You will help build and maintain detailed, data-driven project schedules for complex infrastructure projects – from wastewater treatment facilities to renewable energy project solutions all across New England.
Advanced Schedule Management- Develop and maintain critical path schedules using Primavera P6 for active projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with field progress
- Support cost and resource forecasting, providing insights that help project leaders make data-driven decisions
- Perform sophisticated resource loading analysis and recommend strategic schedule adjustments
- Conduct time impact analyses and change order assessments that save projects from delays
- Create executive-level schedule reports
- Collaborate directly with the Director of Scheduling on strategic initiatives
- Support cost and resource forecasting, providing insights that help project leaders make data-driven decisions
- Perform critical path and resource loading analyses; flag risks before they become delays
- Proactively analyze project schedules using cumulative cost/resource curves vs. actuals
- Track float consumption and perform risk analysis across multiple concurrent projects
- Mentor project management teams on advanced scheduling techniques
- Travel to active job sites to deliver hands‑on scheduling training, troubleshooting, and progress reviews.
- Experience: 3+ years as a Scheduler, Project Manager, or Project Engineer with a proven track record
- Technical Expertise: Primavera P6 experience is highly desirable
- Education: Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree preferred
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for stakeholder presentations and training
