Energy Auditor

Location: Bow, New Hampshire
Type: Full-Time (Hybrid, 40 hours/week)
Pay: $50,000-$70,000/year

Northeast Air Sealing (NAS) is on a mission to make homes and buildings across New England more energy-efficient, comfortable, and sustainable. Were currently seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Energy Auditor to join our growing team in Bow, NH.

In this hybrid role, youll split your time between fieldwork and office-based tasks, assessing energy usage in residential and commercial buildings, identifying opportunities for energy savings, and overseeing weatherization projects from audit to completion.

• Conduct comprehensive energy audits for residential and commercial properties
• Identify insulation, air sealing, and energy efficiency improvement opportunities
• Prepare detailed reports and accurate project cost estimates
• Oversee the implementation of energy efficiency upgrades
• Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and program requirements

• 5+ years of experience in energy auditing, construction management, building science, or a related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Energy Management, or related field preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate job sites
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• BPI Certification (Building Performance Institute)
• OSHA 30
