This position is based in the following office location: Manchester, NH

The opportunity

Southern New Hampshire University's School of Engineering, Technology, and Aeronautics (SETA) is looking for an Adjunct Instructor to teach in our graduate level Computer Science program. This in-person teaching opportunity will begin in the Summer 2026 semester on our Manchester, NH campus. Depending on your preference, you can teach this course in a 16 week or 8 week format
. You may have the opportunity for course development and will report to the Associate Dean for SETA.

Courses available to teach
  • CS 510 - Operating Systems Principles and Applications
  • CS 540 - Data Literacy and Visualization
What you'll do
  • Prep for and deliver content for assigned course
  • Access student work and provide prompt feedback
  • Use Brightspace (the Learning Management System) to support the course
What we're looking for
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field with demonstrated research or development experience
  • Teaching experience at the college level or training/mentoring of industry professionals
  • 3+ years experience in related field

Compensation

The standard compensation for courses is $2,800 - $3,400 per 16-week undergraduate or graduate course. Actual pay is determined at the time of course assignment based on discipline.
