Educational Assistant – Special Education (F/T)
Salary: $17.00/hr – $22.00/hr (Associate Candidates $18.00 – $22.00/hr; Assistant Candidates $17.00 – $21.00/hr)

Operating HoursMonday‑Friday, 7:15 AM – 5:15 PM (year‑round; operating hours subject to change).
Responsibilities- Manage classroom needs to support children’s well‑being.
- Nurture a love of learning through a child‑centered approach with social‑emotional, STEAM, and nature‑based activities.
- Maintain regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth.
- Must pass required state and company background checks.
- High school diploma, GED, or being enrolled in related courses.
- Required EEC teacher certification or completion of necessary requirements (for roles requiring EEC Certification).
- Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
- Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
