Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Education Teacher located in Litchfield, NH. The Special Education Teacher will plan, provide, and evaluate educational programs for students with disabilities. Daily tasks include developing individualized education plans (IEPs), teaching and supporting students in a middle school setting, collaborating with other educators and specialists, and maintaining effective communication with students families.

- Maintain effective communication with students families
- Experience and knowledge in Special Education and working with students with disabilities
- Proven teaching experience in a middle school setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- State certification in Special Education
- Bachelor s degree in Special Education or related field
