Special Education Teacher

A school district in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to join their team for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting diverse learners, skilled in developing individualized instruction, and committed to collaborating with school teams to foster academic and social‑emotional growth.

• Provide specialized instruction to students with IEPs across a variety of disability categories
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct progress monitoring, data collection, and continuous adjustment of instruction
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and administrators
• Create an inclusive, engaging, and structured learning environment
• Support behavior plans, accommodations, and modifications to ensure student success

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• New Hampshire Teaching License with Special Education Certification
• Experience working with K–12 students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
