October 31, 2025 (with extension potential) We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician Assistant with expertise in Trauma Surgery for a locum tenens position in New Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic trauma team in a hospital-based environment known for excellence in patient care.

Position Summary Role:
First-assist in trauma surgeries & inpatient rounding Coverage: 8???9 trauma/back-up shifts per month

Shifts:

Weekdays: 7:00 AM ??? 7:00 PM or 7:00 AM ??? 3:00 PM Weekends: 8- to 12-hour shifts required Daily Patient Volume: ~10 patients Duration:
July 1 ??? October 31, 2025 Potential Extension:

Meditech Expanse (preferred)

Key Responsibilities Provide trauma and critical care support under the supervision of trauma surgeons First-assist in surgical procedures Conduct inpatient rounding, collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital-based teams Accurately document patient care using EMR systems

Required Qualifications Licensure:
Active New Hampshire PA license

Certifications:

ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Board Certification or Eligibility required

Experience:

Hospital-based trauma experience strongly preferred Familiarity with Meditech Expanse or similar EMR systems a plus Schedule and Duration The position is open from July 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, with a potential for extension. The daily patient volume is approximately 10 patients. This locum tenens role provides flexibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
