Immediate coverage needed over the next 6 weeks NO On-Call Requirements Submission Requirements: 2 references needed Affiliations go back 5 years Case logs last 24 months Must have NH license and DEA at the time of presentation Must have clean malpractice/background Must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine Must send self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation Must submit COVID vaccination card ACLS needed if requesting sedation privileges CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: ACLS BLS Board Certified DEA STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
