Dental Assistant at Deerfield Family Dentistry summary:
Provide chairside support to dentists including patient welcome and preparation, instrument and equipment setup, sterilization, and four-handed dentistry assistance. Ensure patient comfort and maintain compliance with sterilization and regulatory procedures. Position includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, bonuses) with salary range $50,000–$80,000/year.
Duties for our Dental Assistant (DA) Include:
- Welcome patients in the dental office
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
