* What You’ll Do:

**** A day in this role may include:**
* ** Customer Interaction:
Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.**
* ** Sales Support:
Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.**
* ** Site Maintenance:
Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.**
* ** Workflow Optimization:
Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.**
* ** Safety & Compliance:
Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.**
* ** Operational Support:
Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.

**** Requirements**
* ** Age:
At least 16 years of age.**

Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.**
* ** Availability:
Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working at least one day on the weekend is required.**
* ** Adaptability:
Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
**** Physical Requirements**
* ** Lifting:
Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.**
* ** Environment:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from
-10°F to 100°F.**

Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.**
* ** Competitive Pay:
Average $17.25 - $20.25 per hour (includes wages and performance-based bonuses).**
