What You’ll Do:- Provide outstanding support to clients and the Client Experience team
- Manage client accounts and ensure all requests and timelines are met with precision
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, resolving concerns proactively
- Utilize CRM software and Total View to track client support and vehicle transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client deliverables
- Act as a liaison between sales, clients, and internal departments
- Identify and recommend process improvements for enhanced client service
- Exceptional communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Strong attention to detail accuracy is key when managing multiple tasks
- High energy and a professional demeanor a client-focused approach is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced computer skills CRM, Total View, and Microsoft Suite expertise preferred
- Two or more years of experience in a client service or communication-focused role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
