As the first point of contact for our customers, the Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in supporting our financial services and building trusted relationships. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, consider this full‑time, 40‑hour opening in our Grantham branch.

• Assist customers in identifying their financial needs and recommend additional products and services.
• Seize opportunities to make referrals for loans, trusts, investments, insurance, and other exceptional services offered by the bank.
• Develop an understanding of the banking industry and contribute to meeting branch goals in deposits and loans.
• Build trusting relationships with individuals in the communities we serve.
• Actively participate in, and advocate for, community growth and prosperity.
• Process transactions for customers in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, reach effective resolutions, and follow through for all inquiries.

• Customer service experience and a working knowledge of Windows are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
• Attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment.
