Responsibilities
- Sell and distribute tickets at ticket booths or designated areas on game days.
- Operate ticketing systems, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance cash drawers accurately.
- Provide information regarding ticket prices, seating options, schedules, and venue policies.
- Assist with will-call pick-up and resolve ticketing issues in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist fans in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Prior experience handling cash, credit card transactions, or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
