This dual-role position is ideal for a driven construction professional who excels in both cost estimation and project execution. You'll oversee commercial and residential projects from preconstruction through closeout-ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met with precision. From analyzing blueprints and creating bids to managing teams and schedules, this is your opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects and help shape the built environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Conduct site inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Lead preconstruction planning and coordinate project resources.
- Supervise project teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to scope, safety, and quality.
- Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules.
- Host regular stakeholder meetings to report progress and resolve issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Track milestones, maintain detailed documentation, and manage change orders.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years in a project management role, preferably in multi-million-dollar projects.
- Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction scheduling tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, math, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
