My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is an energetic, play‑focused environment where the team plans and leads birthday parties for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years. The role requires enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to engage young audiences in an exciting, safe space.

As a birthday party specialist, you will:

• Lead fun, age‑appropriate activities that include songs, dances, puppet shows, and beginner gymnastics.
• Facilitate a positive, non‑competitive atmosphere while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other staff and parents to create memorable party experiences.
• Maintain a flexible weekday schedule and be available to work weekends, as parties are held year‑round.
• Commit to at least one year of employment while growing and learning with the My Gym program.

• Outgoing, upbeat, and positive demeanor.
• Strong ability to receive direction and work as part of a team.
• Enjoy living out roles that celebrate dancing, acting, singing, or other physical activity.
• Comfortable working with a wide age range from infants to pre‑teens.

Starting at $10.50‑$11.00 per hour
