Master Service Technician

Overview

Grappone Ford is seeking an experienced Ford Master Technician to join our growing service team. If you have completed Ford technician online training and hold master certification in one or more areas, we want to hear from you! This is an opportunity to work with a family-owned dealership that values its people while offering the stability and benefits of a larger organization.

$30.00/hr - $42.00/hr

• Competitive pay:
  Flat rate with 80% guarantee for hours worked
• Consistent schedule:
  Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (no late nights)

• 112 hours PTO in your first full year (128 hours starting year three)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Ford Master Technician certification strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and components
• NH state inspection license a plus (not required)
• Valid driver’s license and insurability
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
