Overview
Executive Assistant – Full-Time | Onsite
We re working with a private organization to hire a highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a senior executive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This role sits on a team of four EAs and requires someone flexible, polished, and truly “up for anything.” Salary: $70–75K.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars
- Act as liaison and manage calls, messages, and correspondence
- Support tracking of art collections, properties, and inventories (Excel-heavy)
- Purchase items for multiple properties and assist with event planning
- Handle ad hoc projects and occasional personal support
- 3–5+ years Executive Assistant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Outlook, Excel, and MS Office skills (required)
- Extremely detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused
- Comfortable in a “controlled chaos” environment with high standards
