The Town of Pelham is seeking applicants for a part‑time Recording Secretary. This position requires attendance at meetings and the review of recorded (audio and video) materials for the Planning Board meetings and the preparation of written meeting minutes within statutory time frames. Opportunities to take minutes for other Boards and Committees may arise.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED and strong typing/keyboarding and note‑taking skills. Experience with municipal record keeping preferred but not required.
