KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a client local to Laconia, NH in their search for a Temporary Billing Specialist. This position is onsite and it would report to the Controller. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate!
Responsibilities- Enter a high volume of invoices into an ERP system and match against order forms
- Proof input and work orders, review data ensuring accuracy
- Provide customer service and resolve issues related to billing
- Maintain detailed records in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred
Compensation: $20/hr - $22/hr DOE
