Our client in Dover, NH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team onsite in a permanent position that offers ample throw opportunity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional office environment.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years High Volume Accounts Payable, Invoice Coding processing experience required
• 1 years General Ledger Reconciliation, Journal Entries, experience required
• Excellent Vendor relations and payment processing background
• Advanced Excel skills required, experience exporting and uploading, manipulating
• SharePoint LMS highly considered
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing (invoice audit)
• 2-way matching, batching, and sorting
• Weekly check runs
• Account reconciliations and annual 1099 reporting
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors
