Mumbai Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the Lending domain, specifically Loan Origination Systems (LOS). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product owners to understand requirements, refine processes, and support successful delivery of lending-related digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to lending and LOS processes. Translate functional needs into detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. Work with cross-functional teams to design and optimize lending workflows. Coordinate with technology teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements. Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping. Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal process standards. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement of LOS system capabilities and lending processes. Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Lending lifecycle, especially Loan Origination Systems (LOS). Experience working in the Banking domain is mandatory. Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
Familiarity with workflow engines, credit evaluation processes, customer onboarding, and lending rules. Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to Salesforce (Salesforce integration in lending processes).
Experience with digital lending platforms or process automation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) preferred.
