Role Overview
We are seeking a  Senior Manager – Financial BI AI Solutions 12-15 years exp  to lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of an  AI-powered Financial Chatbot (Fin Chatbot)  ecosystem.
This role blends  financial analytics, applied AI/ML, and cloud architecture  to build conversational intelligence that enables real-time insights and executive decision support.
You will oversee architecture, data pipelines, and LLM-driven automation using  Streamlit, Python, and multi-cloud AI services  (Google Cloud or AWS).

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Product Ownership
Define the AI-driven financial analytics roadmap integrating BI, data science, and conversational AI.
Lead a team of BI developers, data engineers, and ML engineers to deliver enterprise-grade financial AI systems.
Partner with Finance, IT, and Cloud Engineering teams to scale the Fin Chatbot platform.
2. Fin Chatbot Development & Architecture
Architect and deploy chatbots using  Vertex AI (Search, Chat, Agent Builder)  or  AWS Bedrock + Lex + Kendra .
Build front-end conversational interfaces using  Streamlit (mandatory)  and/or  React/Next.js , hosted via  Cloud Run / AWS ECS / Fargate .
Integrate LLMs (Gemini, GPT, Claude, or Titan) for natural language financial analysis, summarization, and forecasting.
Connect data sources from  Big Query / Snowflake / Redshift  and cloud storage for contextual Q&A and retrieval.
3. Data Engineering & Governance
Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using  Dataflow / Glue / Airflow / dbt .
Ensure robust data governance, lineage, and access control across ERP and analytics systems.
Integrate with  Netsuite ,  SAP , or  Workday Adaptive  for real-time financial data ingestion.
4. AI/ML & Automation
Develop AI-powered forecasting and anomaly detection models using  Python (mandatory) ,  PySpark , and  Vertex AI / Sage Maker .
Implement  RAG pipelines  using  Lang Chain ,  FAISS , or  Elasticsearch .
Deploy microservices using  FastAPI / Flask , containerized with  Docker / Kubernetes (GKE/EKS) .
5. Operational Excellence
Manage CI/CD pipelines with  Cloud Build / AWS Code Pipeline .
Implement Fin Ops cost monitoring and AI performance governance.
Ensure compliance with financial data privacy and security policies.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
12+ years of experience in financial analytics, BI, or data strategy, with at least 5+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
Mandatory:
Proficiency in Python and Streamlit for application and chatbot development.
Strong experience with GCP (Vertex AI, Big Query, Cloud Run) and/or AWS (Bedrock, Sage Maker, Redshift, Lambda).
Expertise in SQL, PySpark, APIs, and data modeling.
Proven success in building conversational AI or analytical automation platforms.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

Good to Have (BI & Visualization Tools)
Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Quick Sight for visualization and reporting.
Plotly Dash, Panel, or Streamlit extensions for analytics apps.
ETL tools such as Informatica, Tableau Prep, or AWS Glue Data Brew.
