Compensation:  ₹18L – ₹24L PA (Monthly: ₹1.5L - ₹2.0L In-hand) + Performance Bonus

This is NOT a Junior or Mid-level role.
We are looking for a  Heavy-hitter AI Engineer  who has specifically built and deployed production-grade  Real-time Voice Agents . If you haven't mastered  Live Kit ,  WebRTC , and  LLM Fine-tuning  for sub-500ms latency, this role is not for you.
The Mission
At  Info Labs Global , we are moving past "chatbots." You will be the technical lead responsible for  upgrading and managing  our flagship AI products:  Talkbot, iCall, and Holobot . We serve 500+ global clients in Healthcare, Finance, and Retail. This is a role for someone who wants to own the architecture and lead a team toward the next generation of Conversational AI.
What You Must Bring
5+ Years of Production

Experience:

You’ve shipped scalable AI products, not just research papers.
The Voice Stack:  Deep expertise in  Live Kit Agents Framework , WebRTC, and VAD (Voice Activity Detection).
LLM Ops:  Experience fine-tuning  Llama 3/Mistral  (using LoRA/QLoRA) and optimizing RAG pipelines with  Pinecone/Chroma

DB .
The Latency Obsession:  You know how to handle interruption logic and stream audio without lag using  Python Asyncio .
Multilingual Expertise:  Production experience with Multilingual Models
The Tech Stack
Python (Asyncio) | Live Kit | PyTorch | FastAPI | Docker | Redis
