Position Overview

10 India  is seeking a talented and experienced  Product Designer  to join our growing team in  New Delhi, India . In this role, you will design intuitive, user-centric experiences for our suite of digital payment products. You will work closely with product leaders, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to craft thoughtful design solutions that solve real user problems and support Pay
10’s business goals in the Indian payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and ideation to wire framing, prototyping, and final visual design.
Design user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design intent.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform and validate design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements and technical constraints into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
Produce high-fidelity mockups and detailed UI specifications aligned with Pay
10’s brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Partner with engineering teams during development to ensure high-quality implementation and resolve edge cases.
Continuously stay updated on UX/UI trends, emerging design tools, and best practices, especially within fintech and payments.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years  of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
Proven experience delivering user-focused digital products;  fintech, payments, or banking experience is highly preferred .
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, interaction design, and end-to-end ownership.
Proficiency in  Figma  (preferred), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in high-growth fast-scaling product organizations.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
Experience designing  mobile-first and cross-platform  payment applications.
Exposure to  UPI, digital wallets, merchant dashboards, or payment gateways  is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and user insights to drive design improvements.
Proactive, curious, and collaborative approach with a passion for continuous iteration and experimentation.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a strong plus  to support local user research and insights.
