Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, You Tube)
Manage multiple client accounts and daily campaign performance
Perform keyword research and ad copy optimization
Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Set up and maintain conversion tracking and Google Analytics integration
Conduct A/B testing for ads, keywords, and landing pages
Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign alignment and execution
Required Skills & Experience 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency preferred
Strong knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (basic)
Good analytical , reporting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
