Position: Performance Specialist
We’re Hiring:
Performance Marketing Specialist

Location:

Okhla Phase 2 / Onsite

Experience:

2–5 years
Job Type: Full-time
Days:
Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10 to 6:30 Pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven  Performance Marketing  professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid media, and a passion for driving measurable growth through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), You Tube, and other paid channels
- Manage and optimize paid search, display, social, and remarketing campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and targeting
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Identify new growth opportunities through audience research and funnel optimization
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels and attribution models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred

Skills:

- Experience with App marketing or lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and email marketing

- Experience with tools like Hub Spot, Web Engage, Clevertap, or similar
- Background in sports, edtech, or consumer brands (optional)
