What You’ll Be Doing:

* Making reels & posts that feel modern yet rooted, aesthetic yet Indian

* Planning monthly content calendars (and breaking them for trends )

* Writing captions that sound like a friend texting you

* Planning and directing product photography

* Ideating & coordinating ad video shoots

* Managing edits, shot lists, props & mood boards

* Talking to influencers for collabs, barter, and paid partnerships

* Managing DMs & comments without ghosting anyone

* Tracking insights, improving reach, and creating a vibe people want to follow

* Setting the tone for Mittified across all platforms

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

* Knows Instagram trends like they know their best friend’s birthday

* Understands hooks, transitions, aesthetics, and storytelling

* Loves Indian crafts, slow living, grounding rituals

* Can ideate content that’s fresh but feels culturally connected

* Is comfortable handling shoots and coordinating creators

Experience
1–3 years preferred.
