• Provide one‑on‑one nursing care to patient at home.
• Administer medications, treatments, trach care, foley care, G‑Tube care, feeding pump, vent at night, Hoyer lift.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs with clinical expertise and unparalleled attentiveness.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Educate and guide caregiver in the care of the patient.
• Pay rate: $55/hr.

• New York state RN License.
• 3+ years of nursing experience in hospital, skilled nursing facility, home health care experience preferred.
• BLS Certification required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sundays 8am‑8pm. Other shifts may be available as well.
