Hospice & Palliative Physician Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established, and growing Hospice provider. They have a current opening for a Physician for their service area in the New City, NY area. Must know Hospice regulations with understanding of Palliative care. The physician will serve Hospice patients within the area and oversee a team of nurse practitioners. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!
Hospice & Palliative Physician Job Requirements
- Licensed to practice medicine in New York State
- DEA license
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Palliative Medicine
- Valid driver's license for home visits and CPR certification preferred
Hospice & Palliative Physician Job Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of nurse practitioners.
- Ensure delivery of quality, end-of-life care.
