NYC SEIT Coordinator

Location: New City, NY (Rockland County)

Schedule: Full-Time |

Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year (based on experience)

HTA of New York, a NYS-approved provider agency, is seeking a highly motivated NYC SEIT Coordinator to support children through Early Intervention, CPSE, and CSE programs.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate NYC SEIT cases from referral through service delivery
• Serve as a liaison between families, providers, and NYC DOE/CPSE
• Schedule services and manage provider assignments
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure DOE compliance
• Track approvals, start dates, and required paperwork
• Collaborate with billing, recruitment, and clinical teams
• Proactively resolve service-related issues

Qualifications:

• Required experience with NYC SEIT, CPSE, or Early Intervention
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multitasker with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Knowledge of NYC DOE procedures preferred
