WeCare Centers at Jameson Care Center, located at 3349 Wilmington Rd New Castle PA 16105 is actively seeking dedicated LPN's to add to our growing team on the overnight shift!

Our LPN's provide essential nursing care, including monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care.

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient’s medical status upon admissions and throughout the course of treatment.
• Provide regular patient status updates.
• Assist in implementing patient’s treatment plan under direction of the Registered Nurse.
• Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supervise, administer and or assist with medications.
• Provide direct care of residents as necessary.
• Follow the plan of care for each resident.
• Ensure the residents care standards are maintained.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.

• Valid LPN license in the State of PA
• Previous experience in LTC or Skilled Nursing preferred
