What is an air curtain?An air curtain, also known as an air door, is a machine that blows a controlled stream of air across an opening to the other side to create an air seal. This seal separates different environments while allowing a smooth, uninterrupted flow of traffic and unobstructed vision through the opening.

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and production requirements
• Use hand tools to assemble and fabricate metal components as needed
• Operate overhead crane to move and position materials for processing
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous experience operating press brake machines is required
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Familiarity with hand tools used in metal fabrication processes
• Ability to assemble and fabricate metal components accurately
• Experience operating an overhead crane is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
