Job OverviewSeeking a business-focused Application Lead with strong .NET expertise and extensive experience in core banking systems. The role supports application architecture, leads strategic initiatives, ensures application performance, and acts as a bridge between business users, technology teams, and vendors. Payment module experience (ACH, Wire, Bill Pay, Online Banking) is required. Local candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Support Application Architect and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop work plans, monitor workflows, and ensure timely project execution.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Lead teams, coordinate activities, and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise risk policies.
- 7+ years supporting enterprise applications with .NET expertise.
- Strong experience with core banking and payment systems.
- Business-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Application performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and capacity planning.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- Advanced training/certification in application domain.
- Experience in commercial banking and enterprise-scale transformation.
