Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at New Castle is a 62-bed, 4-STAR rated facility looking for dedicated professionals to uphold our high standards for resident care. We may be small but our love for our residents and our care is first rate.

Kadima means "forward." We chose this name because we believe that when we help residents move toward happier, healthier lives, we’re helping them “live forward.” The orange bird in our logo illustrates this forward movement, as well as the independence and hope we aim to inspire for everyone who lives and works ima at New Castle is dedicated to treating residents and staff like family and partnering with families.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Full-Time Day, Evening and Night shifts. Up to $23.00 plus shift differential. New: 8-hour, 12-hour, 16-hour and Baylor shifts available.

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with the resident s assessment and care plan and as directed by your supervisor per facility policies.
• Support a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents under the supervision of licensed nurses.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having successfully completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.
