Duties:- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.

- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Help with the preparation of car deals to be submitted to the state.
- Answer incoming calls and help out the other office personnel with other jobs as necessary.
