Quality Control Senior Technician

• Oversee Quality Technicians in their daily responsibilities.
• Maintain process documentation (process flows, control plans, potential failure mode and effects analysis, work instructions, forms, quality alerts and deviations).
• Communicate process documentation changes to production departments.
• Audit processes to ensure accuracy and follow-up any non-compliances.
• Input data collected from production and quality departments.
• Issue daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Review and disposition defective parts.
• Complete documentation fore rejection of defective parts and prepare parts for shipment to the customer.
• Assist in TS 16949 documentation and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of the status and stage of production with department.
• Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.
• Ensure safe operations.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Requires the ability to use and apply knowledge of quality and ISO practices.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, use fingers, hands, wrists, arms, lift and/or move a maximum of 25 lbs. occasionally.
