Commercial HVAC Sales Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling, designing, and managing retrofit projects
, planned maintenance agreements
, and plumbing projects
. This role requires a strong technical background in HVAC systems, excellent sales skills, and the ability to develop long-term relationships with clients.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector.
• Sell design-buil retrofit projects
  , planned maintenance agreements
  , and plumbing solutions to commercial clients.
• Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, estimates, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging HVAC technologies.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Strong understanding of HVAC system design, retrofit projects, and plumbing solutions
  .
• Proven track record in sales and business development
  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field is a plus but not required
