Requirements- Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience for each customer.
- Some managers lead departments; responsibilities include managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; setting goals; delegating tasks to teams; following up and reporting results to managers.
- Guest Service Department Manager: ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experience; sales promotions are executed; all service staff are trained in procedures;
Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service. - Kitchen Department Manager: ensures restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
- People Department Manager: hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and keeps crew motivated and recognized.
- Prior managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments.
- Seeking positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in fast‑paced McDonald’s operations.
