The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents’ needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting. Supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations and may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure the highest quality of care.
Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice per the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
- Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

- Shifts Needed: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
- Wage:
Up to $51.00 per hour. - Sign-on Bonus: $7,500, paid out on a quarterly basis as follows:
- $1,000 at 3 months
- $2,000 at 6 months
- $2,000 at 9 months
- $2,500 at 12 months
