Quality Control Technical Coordinator

Position Overview GENERAL PURPOSE

The Quality Control Technical Coordinator serves as the primary front-line support for a broad range of technical and administrative activities within the Quality Control Laboratory of the Ink Jet Printing Materials Business Unit ing as a critical liaison between management and laboratory technicians, the technical coordinator provides mentorship, supports daily operations, and ensures seamless execution of quality control processes to maintain excellence in product quality and laboratory performance.

The Quality Control Technical Coordinator supports and coordinates laboratory activities related to RxD Manufacturing, Ink Manufacturing, Production Technology, investigations, and stability programs to maintain laboratory excellence.

• Provide daily technical guidance for lab staff.
• Align lab activities and priorities with management directives.
• Facilitate communication between Quality Control and other departments.

• Oversee assurance test sample program.
